Hello every one, I’m Sukanya Ghosh, an ex-student of School of education, Adamas University. Currently working in Barrackpore Senate Public High School as Biology & Food and Nutrition teacher. I have secured the second position in B.Ed. with 88.3%, and it has become possible because of my faculty members. Faculty members of Adamas university are very cooperative, hardworking, loving and caring. They always keep motivating us. For me they are the true examples of friend, philosopher and guide. The first thing that attracted me a lot was the beauty of the campus. The campus is beautifully decorated with plants, as well as very neat and clean. Our, School of Education, Adamas University, provides us with all kinds of facilities starting from hostel facility , transport facility, canteen facility, lab facility etc. We were in the final semester when the Pandemic occurred. However, we did not sit idle for a single day. The classes started in video mode and were usually taken through audio-visual aids. Even during this pandemic situation our classes were taken regularly and very smoothly through several different online platforms. Even our last-semester examination was conducted through online platform, and we got our result without any delay. Our School of Education frequently conducted several interactive sessions, seminars, presentations, that helped me a lot to develop my communicative skill and confidence level. Our School of Education also conducted different cultural programmes like Basant utsav, Death anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, Rakhi Bandhan Utsav etc. very beautifully by involving every trainee teachers These played a very significant role in a B.Ed course. My school internship was conducted in Barrackpore Girls’ High School for 3months, where one practically teaches students and you will get to know about your loopholes. Thus I have gained so much from the internship. So Adamas University, School of Education helped me a lot to become a better version of myself.
