Shinjini Nag, an Assistant Professor in Life Science, School of Education, Adamas University is proficient in the field of Life Science as well as in the field of Education. She has done Honours in Zoology from Maulana Azad College and Masters in Zoology with Genetics as a special paper from Calcutta University. She has done B.Ed and M.Ed from Calcutta University. From IGNOU she has done M.A in Education. Althrough she has got 1st class. She is both NET (National Eligibility Test) and SET (State Eligibility Test) qualified in Education. She taught Zoology in South Calcutta Girls’ College and Asutosh College as guest lecturer and taught Biology in Laban Hrad Vidyapith, a reputed school. She has worked as an assistant professor at Pailan College of Education and Syamaprasad Institute of Education and Training. She is pursuing Ph.D in Education from Calcutta University. She has already submitted her doctoral thesis at Department of Education, Alipore Campus, University of Calcutta and waiting for the award. She has written Nine books in the field of Education. She has got Best Teacher Award from Adamas University. She has got more than six years of teaching experience in teacher training. She has published research papers/articles in peer-reviewed journals (National and International) and Edited books. She has presented paper in various State, National and International seminars and webinars and went to China and Bangladesh for paper presentation. She has conducted many seminars, webinars, faculty development programs and student development programs.
