Ms. Parama Kundu has been an inspiring teacher for over 11.3 years. She has helped many young students to become successful teachers throughout her career. She has been teaching both B.Ed. and M.Ed. students in her engagements. Apart from that, she is also involved with IGNOU as a counsellor to help students who are not able to attend regular college education.

She has spent majority of her life in Santiniketan and have pursued her education from Viswa Bharati University. She finished her B.Ed from Viswa Bharati in 2010. She has completed Masters in Geography and M.Ed. degree from Sikkim Central University in 2012. She qualified UGC NET in 2012. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. in education from University of Technology, Jaipur.

Parama has multiple publications, both national and international. She has presented her researcher papers in as many as 10 seminars across India and abroad. She has 14 published papers in noted journals in India out of which 2 are UGC care listed. She has authored 2 books and contributed chapter in 7 other books on Educations and student psychology.

She is also a member of multiple university level committees. Apart from being the SPOC for University Students Affairs for School of Education and the Coordinator of International Relations, School of Education, she also is a member of various committees. Notable among them are School level Coordinator of Adamas Global Summit, Member of University Social Responsibility Cell for School of Education, Member of Future University Project and NAAC Fulfilment School Campion for School of Education.

Apart from being a teacher, Mrs. Kundu is also an active social worker. She was awarded the Dr. Ebere Nweze Woman of Worth Award for 2022 as a recognition for her work. She also been selected as “Most Punctual Teacher Award” from Adamas University and also been awarded “Best Teacher Award” by INSC.
